Let’s get our woo-woo on together!
Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated, or require specific clothing, or incense.
It can be as simple as taking 100 breaths.
Lets try this together.
Start with one breath. Count as you go. Try to focus only on your breathing and the counting. If you get distracted, come back to your breathing, and counting.
Breath in, breath out. Count. Do this 100 times.
It’s that simple.
